About You

• Proven experience managing remote village or hospitality operations
• Strong contractor management and performance governance skills
• Demonstrated safety leadership and risk management expertise
• Proficient with Site Accommodation Management Systems (SAMS/Workflow) and MS Office
• Valid C-Class Driver Licence and ability to work at remote site locations

Job Role

• Lead daily operations across catering, accommodation, maintenance, security, and ancillary services
• Ensure contractor performance meets contractual KPIs and compliance standards
• Optimize accommodation forecasting and utilization to align with project demands
• Champion safety culture and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
• Maintain effective communication and reporting with stakeholders and contractors
