Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail – Home, Consumer Electronics & Home Improvement sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Manage overall IT infrastructure across retail operations.
  
• Maintain POS, ERP, networking and server environments.
  
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of retail technology systems.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
  
• Implement IT security and backup procedures.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues across stores.
  
• Lead and mentor the IT support team.
  
• Plan and execute technology upgrades and improvements.
  

• IT Infrastructure Management – managing enterprise IT environments.
  
• POS & Retail Systems – supporting store operations.
  
• Network Administration – LAN/WAN, connectivity and security.
  
• ERP Systems – implementation and maintenance.
  
• Vendor & Team Management – coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Experience in large-format home or consumer electronics retail.
  
• IT security and disaster recovery planning.
  
• Project management and system implementation.
  

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar retail environments dealing with electronics, appliances and home improvement products. Experience with brands such as Jumbo, Eros, DG Sharaf, Croma, Vijay Sales, ACE Hardware or IKEA is preferred.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
  
• Additional Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent certifications (preferred)
