Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store sales operations and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  
• Drive sales of consumer electronics, appliances, and home improvement products.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
  
• Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
  
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
  
• Train and mentor sales staff on products and selling techniques.
  

Required Skills

• Retail sales management in electronics/home improvement.
