  • Partner with legal to review all Canadian employment templates for alignment with current practices, update templates as required, and communicate changes to key stakeholders
  • Integrate employment templates into the annual review process to ensure templates remain current.
  • Assess existing HR processes and identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort, reduce duplication, and improve employee experience.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated solutions in partnership with the NAM HR team
  • Own and manage HR knowledge articles on the company intranet
  • Lead all required internal and external audits, RFP responses, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of country-wide shared services across all HR CoEs

  • Strong change management and communication skills, with the ability to bring people along through change
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and drafting legislatively sensitive documents
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects through to completion without close supervision
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to assess how policy changes impact systems, teams, and workflows
  • Ability to use data and information to make sound recommendations and resolve issues using judgment consistent with standard practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable law
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and a genuine interest in HR technology and process automation
