Purpose of the Job

Ensure all shipments are delivered, booked with carriers and/or shipped according to Aramex freight operations quality and service standards

Job Description

• Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review docx before start clearance process
• Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails
• Make daily updates using excel reports to customer
• Using Aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments   
• Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices
• Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Experience for 3-4 years in freight forwarder filed ad clearance operation
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Very good English
• Time-management, assertive nature and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
• Details oriented
• Microsoft office (Excel) highly needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
