Polaris Parks is seeking an HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus to own full-cycle recruitment across our industrial and residential portfolio, while supporting core HR operations.
Duties and Responsibilities ● Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, CV screening, structured interviews, pre-offer alignment, and pre-boarding coordination ● Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach ● Run the pre-offer alignment process: confirm compensation expectations, validate commitment and counteroffer risk before any offer is issued ● Track recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate — and report on a defined cadence ● Support performance management cycles, JD and competency framework maintenance, and training coordination ● Maintain org charts, and JD library across departments Qualifications ● 2–4 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to full-cycle recruitment ● Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent active sourcing platform experience is mandatory ● Business-level English, written and spoken, is mandatory ● Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced HR team with high ownership expectations What We're Looking For ● Self-driven, committed, and able to work independently ● Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally ● Flexible and able to work under a fast-paced, high-demand environment ● Must reside in or near 6th of October City ● 2–4 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to full-cycle recruitment ● Hands-on LinkedIn or equivalent active sourcing platform experience is mandatory ● Business-level English, written and spoken, is mandatory ● Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced HR team with high ownership expectations What We're Looking For ● Self-driven, committed, and able to work independently ● Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally ● Flexible and able to work under a fast-paced, high-demand environment ● Must reside in or near 6 October City
