Role Overview
 

As aMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Manual/Automation Experience)at Accenture, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes. Collaborating closely with developers and functional consultants, you will validate functional and non-functional requirements, support automation initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities
 

1. Testing

• Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

  
  
  

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure solution quality.

  
  
  

• Validate CRM customizations, such as Plugins, Workflows, PCF controls, and Power Platform components.

  
  
  

2. Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.

  
  
  

3. Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.

  
  
  

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective to improve overall solution quality.

  
  
  

4. Automation

• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, or custom frameworks.

  
  
  

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline delivery processes.

  
  
  

5. Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test results to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.
