In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems to support our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERP solutions tailored to their business requirements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications, ensuring they meet the functional needs of our clients while adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the implemented system.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Engage in project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation projects.
