We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Project Manager who will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. The primary objectives of the Project Manager role are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

• Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives
• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure professional stakeholder management
• Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project
• Ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full-chain teams
• Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Ensure continuous full-chain project monitoring and control
• Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting, and facilitating project governance
• Ensure that project status and progress are effectively communicated to KONE management and to the customer
• Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions
• Accountable for the project's financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue management (capitalizing on change order opportunities)
• Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality; accountable for handovers to Customer and Maintenance as well as project closing activities
• Maintain master action log and lessons learned document
• Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences
• Manage and lead the full-chain project team
• Create and maintain safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors on the project; ensure adherence to KONE's and the Customer's safety and security policies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Proven people management and leadership skills, with experience leading and developing full-chain project teams
• Experience in the elevator and escalator industry
• Fluent level of English; Arabic language is an advantage
• Excellent collaboration skills and capability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take initiative
• PMI or similar certification is a plus
