Key Responsibilities * Develop creative 3D concepts, visualizations, and photorealistic renders for experiential projects.
* Design exhibition booths, event structures, retail displays, and branded environments.
* Produce technical and shop drawings for production handover.
* Lead assigned projects from concept development through final design delivery.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
* Review production outputs and support execution to ensure design quality is maintained.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising overall studio standards.

* Strong understanding of production materials, fabrication methods, and build constraints.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Lumion, Enscape, Cinema 4D, Rhino, or SketchUp.
