Establish DevOps standards, documentation, and operational best practices.
Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5-7 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a DevOps or Infrastructure team.
Expert-level knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Strong experience with Shell Scripting for automation.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and container orchestration.
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Experience managing Application Servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, WebLogic, or WebSphere).
Experience with MongoDB, including installation, administration, backup, replication, and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of Backup & Restore strategies and disaster recovery planning.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
