We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence across our daily processes.
Job Summary The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring and improving daily operational performance, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing escalations, and maintaining high-quality execution across operations.
This role requires a data-driven professional who can leverage AI tools, analyze operational metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
Handle operational escalations and resolve critical cases promptly.
Review workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize operational processes and improve productivity.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to internal standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in Operations, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
Previous experience in moderation, monitoring, or operational supervision.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data automation.
Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in improving operational workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage escalations effectively.
