Our client is a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency that helps home service and local businesses generate more leads, increase revenue, and grow through SEO, paid advertising, website design, AI-powered solutions, and digital marketing strategies. As the company continues expanding its client base, they are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) to own the full sales cycle and help drive new business growth.


Role Overview

The Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through signed agreements, and helping prospective clients understand how the company's digital marketing solutions can support their business growth. The Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) will conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, negotiate proposals, maintain CRM records, and consistently close new business. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding revenue goals, and owning the sales process end-to-end.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation
  • Generate new business through outbound cold calling, prospecting, networking, and follow-up.


  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong sales opportunities.


  • Build a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.


  • Maintain disciplined prospecting activity to support revenue goals.


Discovery & Solution Selling
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs.


  • Recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions based on client objectives.


  • Build trust through a consultative sales approach.


  • Position company services to address business challenges and growth opportunities.


Sales Cycle Management
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through signed agreements.


  • Negotiate proposals and confidently close new business.


  • Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity tracking.


  • Ensure timely follow-up throughout every stage of the sales cycle.


Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective and new clients.


  • Represent the company professionally throughout the sales process.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client transition after closing.


  • Support overall business growth through exceptional client experiences.


Qualifications Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or full-cycle sales.


  • Proven experience consistently closing new business.


  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.


  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.


  • Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or other service-based solutions is preferred.


  • Experience using GoHighLevel CRM is strongly preferred.
