You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.


How you will contribute


You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

What you need to know about this position:


Extensive CAPEX experience in Food/Pharma/Chemical industry with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and large-scale capital projects


What extra ingredients you will bring:


Strategic thinking, proactivity, advanced analytical skills (TCO modelling, should-cost analysis, Pareto analysis, scenario planning), stakeholder influence at senior levels, and accountability for results


Education / Certifications:


B.E (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), MBA (Preferred/Strongly Recommended)


Job specific requirements:


  • 12–15 years in Indirect Sourcing, with a minimum of 5 years in CAPEX procurement in a leadership/managerial capacity
  • Team Management: Experience leading and developing a team of 3–5 procurement professionals
  • Project Scale: Proven track record of managing CAPEX portfolios of significant value across multiple sites/regions
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
