1.Inspect and receive the spray machine from the previous shift and notify the direct manager if faults or any defect are discovered.
2.Assemble the spray machine and review the operating plan.
3.Review the chopping wheel for the order in the event of a shortage of chopping and framing technicians.
4.Start the model operation cycle according to the operation plan.
5.Start spraying models using a spray machine.
6.Deliver the sprayed model to the roll technician.
7.Follow up on model defects and report them to the direct manager.
8.Deliveries of work tools and machines used in spraying to the spray maintenance technician at the end of the shift.
9.Notify the spray maintenance technician of any technical malfunction in the machine to take the necessary corrective measures.
10.Insert the product into the spray booth next to the spray machine, in case of switching with another spray technician.
11.Cut models with corner on a spray saw, in case of switching with another spray technician.
12.Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him within the scope of his work by his direct manager, while attending periodic and emergency meetings when necessary.
