Provisioning Support Engineer

Provide efficient, stable, and reliable IT services in the Provisioning Domain.

More specifically you will:
• Operate, administer, and maintain assigned systems or services in terms of Maintenance & administration, Incident management, Problem management, Patching, Change & Release management.
• Perform day-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution, log analysis, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activity.
• Triage tickets to L3 support team, identify bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment.
• Liaise with Oracle OSM and UIM developers and architects of the company to raise and discuss product improvements and/or designs gaps.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in provisioning domain.
• Strong experience in Unix and Windows Server OS and Oracle/MySQL/MS-SQL DB environments.
• Strong experience and knowledge of Fixed Services technology (FTTx, xDSL/ATM/Telephony/TV etc.), protocols, infrastructure, applications, services and integrations. 
• Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls.
• Experience in troubleshooting system integrations using SOAP/REST services, XML/JSON payloads, and asynchronous interfaces.
