Project Role : AI Infrastructure Architect
Project Role Description : Architect and build custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure/hardware solutions. Optimize AI infrastructure/hardware performance, power consumption, cost and scalability of computational stack. Advise on AI infrastructure technology and vendor evaluation, selection and full stack integration.

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in building intelligent agents using LangChain and LangGraph, and deploying solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI (GPT-5.0 and above). In this role, you will primarily focus on developing, integrating, and optimizing agentic AI solutions, working closely with architects and senior team members to deliver scalable and high-quality AI-driven applications.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
1. Development & Implementation
Develop intelligent agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure OpenAI services.
Implement agent workflows, tool integrations, and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
Build and maintain stateful agent flows using LangGraph constructs (nodes, edges, shared state).
Contribute to development of RAG pipelines, prompt templates, and reusable components.
2. Solution Contribution
Collaborate with senior developers/architects to implement agentic AI solution designs.
Translate functional requirements into working AI agent modules and workflows.
Support enhancements and feature development for existing agentic solutions.
3. LLM Integration & Optimization
Work on prompt engineering, response tuning, and workflow improvements.
Assist in optimizing performance, latency, and response quality of LLM-based applications.
Implement basic memory handling and context management in agents.
4. Integration & Deployment
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
Support deployment of solutions on Azure cloud environments.
Work with DevOps teams for build, deployment, and monitoring support.
5. Quality, Security & Compliance
Follow best practices for Responsible AI, security, and data privacy.
Participate in testing, debugging, and validation of AI solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and enterprise guidelines.
6. Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, BA, DevOps).
Actively upskill on Agentic AI frameworks, LLM advancements, and Azure AI services.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
Core Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with:
o LangChain and LangGraph
o Azure OpenAI (GPT-5.0 or higher)
Good understanding of:
o Agentic AI concepts (reasoning, tool usage, workflows)
o Multi-agent and orchestration basics
Programming & Development
Strong proficiency in:
o Python (mandatory)
o API development (REST/FastAPI preferred)
Experience in building LLM-based applications
AI/LLM Knowledge
Familiarity with:
o Prompt engineering
o RAG concepts and vector databases
o Basic understanding of LLM evaluation and tuning
Cloud & Tools
Exposure to:
o Azure AI services / Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry
o CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
Basic understanding of logging/monitoring tools
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- This position is based at multiple locations.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
