• Experience supporting the development or scaling of enterprise AI platforms, shared AI services, or applied AI engineering capabilities.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions within enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in applied AI solution patterns including agentic architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and intelligent automation.
• Solid understanding of modern AI system concepts including memory management, planning, tool orchestration, model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern application development technologies including APIs, Angular, React, and TypeScript
• Experience working within aviation, aerospace, inflight entertainment, or other mission-critical technology industries..
