Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Sales Operations! About the role At Genpact we partner with leading technology and Saa S organizations to run and transform their revenue operations. In this role you will support core Sales Operations activities by enabling accurate forecasting disciplined deal execution and data-driven decision-making. You will act as an operations partner to sales and commercial teams supporting forecasting rigor pipeline health deal execution and continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations. Responsibilities: - Lead forecast rollups and pipeline inspections with sales stakeholders - Analyze customer contracts pricing and licensing to support revenue growth - Support channel and alliance sales operations including partner deal support - Develop operational dashboards and insights for sales and leadership teams - Ensure compliance with pricing policies data governance and internal controls - Collaborate with Finance Legal and Rev Ops teams on deal execution
