Job Summary:

Manage enterprise backup systems, ensure data protection, and support disaster recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage backup servers, storage systems, and repositories
• Configure backup schedules, policies, and job execution
• Monitor backup jobs and resolve failures
• Perform data restoration based on business requirements
• Conduct root cause analysis for backup failures
• Perform capacity planning for backup storage
• Ensure successful completion of backups (full/incremental/differential)

Required Skills:

• Experience with backup tools and storage systems (SAN/NAS)
• Knowledge of backup strategies and policies
• Understanding of disaster recovery processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
