• Develop accurate BIM models using Revit.
  
• Prepare detailed fabrication and GA drawings.
  
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams.
  
• Review and update BIM models as per project changes.
  
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards.
  
• Support facade system detailing and coordination.
  
• Participate in clash detection using Navisworks.
  
• Maintain project documentation and model revisions.
  

• Revit – Advanced BIM modelling.
  
• Navisworks – Clash detection and coordination.
  
• AutoCAD – Technical drafting and detailing.
  
• BIM Modelling & Detailing – High-quality model development.
  
• Engineering Coordination – Production and design collaboration.
  

• Knowledge of facade systems.
  
• Construction detailing experience.
  
• Fabrication drawing experience.
  

Candidates should have 1–7 years of experience in BIM modelling and detailing using industry-standard software. Experience in engineering or facade-related projects with production coordination will be an advantage.

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical or related discipline)
  
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering field
  
• Additional: Autodesk Revit Certification (preferred)
