We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Specialist to support our global team. This unique role bridges the gap between advanced corporate training, strategic account research, and technical Salesforce administration. If you are a proactive, cordial professional with impeccable English communication skills who loves who loves leveraging modern AI tools, data storytelling, technology, and engaging with international audience, this role is built for you.



Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and execute modern training programs using cutting-edge e-learning tools, virtual classrooms, and interactive methodologies tailored for diverse international users. Conduct comprehensive market and account research to identify business trends, competitor movements, and hidden opportunities. Synthesize research data into visually compelling, highly detailed frontend reports and presentations for executive stakeholders. Act as the technical touchpoint for our Salesforce CRM, managing user permissions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring automation aligns with business logic. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to identify training gaps, improve process adoption, and implement workflow enhancements.



What We Are Looking For



A versatile and agile professional who can shift effortlessly from a technical Salesforce configuration session to a strategic research presentation. A warm, approachable personality that naturally puts learners and global stakeholders at ease. Forthcoming and Proactive: A self-starter who does not wait for instructions but anticipates needs, flags operational gaps, and actively suggests frontend improvements. Global Mindset with cultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills necessary to train, influence, and collaborate with international users across different time zones.



Required skills, Education and experience:



Required Skills 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a corporate training, sales enablement, business research role. Flexibility to align with international time zones (such as US, UK, or APAC shifts) when training global users. Near-native verbal and written English skills with a clear, neutral accent suitable for international audiences. Active Listening: Ability to accurately capture requirements from global stakeholders and identify user pain points during training. Cordial & Approachable Presence, Proactive Problem Solving. Mastery of modern training methodologies, LMS platforms, video editing tools, and micro-learning techniques. Proficiency in using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to accelerate market research, content creation, and data synthesis. Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce Admin capabilities, including object configuration, custom fields, validation rules, and automated process builders/flows. Proven ability to execute exhaustive qualitative and quantitative market and account research using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Search Engine Optimization etc. High proficiency in creating high-fidelity visual reports using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Power BI, or MS Apps.
