Job Description


Business Process Analyst


Noida


We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will gather and analyse our requirements, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to build informed decisions. You should have an understanding of business processes. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast paced, global environment is necessary .


You will report to the Team Lead.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage purchase orders, ensuring delivery and compliance with specifications.


  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.


  • Execute order management activities like tracking of orders, expediting, cancellation, returns, requesting credit notes and contacting Vendors


  • Coordinate with multiple teams across organisation for required updates, material delivery/availability, receipts, invoicing, and any further discrepancies if identified.


  • Collaborate with partners to understand and document requirements for several projects across multiple regions.


  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that move our performance.


  • Maintain process documentation, including requirement specifications, business process flows, and user manuals.


  • Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.


  • Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.


  • Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and important partners.


  • Use Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Power BI skills to analyse complex data sets and create meaningful visualisations.


  • Ensure quality in all deliverables.


The Essentials - You Will Have:


  • Hands-on experience with SAP for planning, purchasing, managing data, and handling repair/exchange processes.


  • 2+ years of relevant experience of Purchasing and business operations.


  • Skills in Microsoft Excel for working with data, solving problems, and drawing insights from different sources—plus the ability to explain what the data means and suggest next steps.


  • Study data, research markets, and make smart, informed decisions.


  • Good understanding of procurement, supply chain, and inventory management practices.


  • Quick to learn new tools and adjust to changing business needs.


  • Comfortable researching and asking experts for input to support clear, fact-based decisions.


  • A team player who works well with different departments.


  • Focused on delivering great service to customers.


  • Able to stay positive and calm during uncertainty or pressure.


  • Open to learning and trying new ideas that support change and growth.


  • Skilled at handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.


The Preferred - You Might Also Have:


  • Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation and application development.


  • Experience working with MS Access for data management and analysis
