Apply Object Oriented Analysis and Design to create maintainable software solutions. Build and test software features within a process-oriented development environment. Diagnose defects, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes. Assess the impact of fixes to support reliable software delivery. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development processes to deliver planned work. Use analytical and problem-solving skills to improve application quality. Communicate progress, issues, and solutions clearly with team members. Use your skills to move the world forward! Bring 1-2 years of experience in software design and development. Apply 1-2 years of experience in a process-oriented software organization. Demonstrate expert knowledge of C# .NET development. Develop Windows desktop applications using WinForms and WPF. Use Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles in software development. Work hands-on across development, testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
