As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage capacity across various cloud platforms. This position requires continuous engagement with multiple cloud environments to maintain operational efficiency and support organizational goals related to cloud resource management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and provide recommendations for capacity adjustments to meet business demands.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing reports to ensure transparency and accuracy in cost allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement optimization initiatives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate cloud usage data and identify trends.
- Experience with cloud cost management and billing processes.
- Ability to work with multiple cloud platforms and understand their operational metrics.
- Skilled in generating reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and resource allocation strategies.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
