Job summary
The India Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for leading execution of integrated employer brand, recruitment marketing and candidate experience initiatives that strengthen RSM’s talent brand and support talent attraction in the India market.
This role translates strategy into actionable, multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns, partnering closely with the India M&C Director, Talent Acquisition, enterprise recruitment marketing, brand, social, web, creative and operations/insights teams to deliver coordinated, measurable programs across paid, owned and earned channels.
The Manager serves as the primary execution leader for India employer brand and recruitment marketing activity, with accountability for campaign planning, talent audience engagement, candidate journey alignment, content and channel coordination, stakeholder alignment, performance reporting and day-to-day workstream management.
Essential duties and responsibilities
1. Recruitment Marketing Execution & Candidate Experience – 30%
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute recruitment marketing strategies aligned to hiring priorities, workforce needs and priority talent segments in India.
- Support talent pipeline growth by developing and activating audience-specific campaigns that build awareness, engagement and qualified candidate interest.
- Help manage and optimize candidate marketing journeys across employer brand and recruitment marketing touchpoints, including career-content experiences, digital campaigns, job boards, social media and third-party talent channels.
- Coordinate recruitment marketing activity across paid, owned and earned channels, including LinkedIn, Naukri, AmbitionBox, iimjobs, career sites, employer review platforms, search and other relevant India channels.
- Partner with enterprise recruitment marketing teams to localize and activate global programs in India while ensuring consistency with RSM’s talent brand and candidate experience standards.
2. Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution – 25%
- Lead planning and execution of integrated employer brand campaigns across recruitment marketing, reputation, PR and market-facing talent communications.
- Translate strategic priorities into campaign plans, including objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, milestones, deliverables and success measures.
- Coordinate execution across stakeholders, agencies and platforms, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on brand and at a high level of quality.
- Apply the India M&C operating model by executing locally where appropriate and engaging enterprise teams early when initiatives overlap with global or enterprise efforts.
- Ensure campaign work connects employer brand messaging, recruitment marketing objectives and India business/talent priorities.
3. Employer Brand Content, Advocacy & Channel Strategy – 20%
- Oversee development and delivery of employer brand, recruitment marketing and PR/campaign content across relevant internal and external channels.
- Guide content creation to ensure alignment with employer brand strategy, messaging frameworks, audience needs, channel best practices and RSM tone and standards.
- Support employee-generated storytelling, people stories, advocacy and talent brand content that bring RSM’s culture, growth opportunities, flexibility, impact and differentiated talent experience to life for India audiences.
- Partner with enterprise brand, content, social, web and creative teams to localize enterprise assets for India rather than duplicating work.
- Support content and channel planning across social, web, digital advertising, presentations, campaign assets, recruiting materials and other candidate-facing touchpoints.
4. Stakeholder Management, Collaboration & Operational Coordination – 15%
- Build trusted relationships with India leadership, Talent Acquisition, enterprise M&C teams, agencies, functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination for India employer brand, recruitment marketing and external communications initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across recruitment marketing, content, social, web, creative, operations, insights, internal communications and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with organizations, partners or vendors that can help position RSM’s differentiated talent experience with key stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, content calendars, workflow management, approvals and execution tracking to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
- Support management and optimization of third-party vendors and agencies in partnership with enterprise recruitment marketing, Talent Acquisition and India stakeholders.
- Foster effective ways of working, knowledge sharing, process consistency and continuous improvement across the India M&C team and enterprise partners.
- Support reporting, campaign administration and execution processes as needed until additional team capacity is established.
5. Measurement, Analytics & Optimization – 10%
- Track and report on performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, employer brand channels, social content, paid media and related external communications activity.
- Analyze audience engagement, campaign performance, candidate touchpoint effectiveness and channel outcomes to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
- Use data to improve campaign execution, candidate engagement, talent marketing efficiency and stakeholder decision-making.
- Partner with operations/insights and marketing operations teams to leverage enterprise reporting infrastructure, dashboards and data pipelines for India campaign performance.
- Continuously assess campaign delivery and recommend improvements to strengthen reach, engagement, efficiency and impact.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, public relations, journalism or a related field.
- Progressive experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer brand, digital marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience developing or executing multi-channel recruitment marketing, employer brand, social, web, paid, advocacy, candidate engagement or digital marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, stakeholder groups and talent audiences.
- Strong storytelling, campaign management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using data, insights and performance metrics to optimize communications, marketing or recruitment marketing activity.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment and collaborate across geographies, functions, leadership groups and external partners.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition to align campaigns to hiring priorities and talent pipeline needs.
- Familiarity with India talent channels and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, AmbitionBox, iimjobs, career sites, social platforms, employer review sites, search or paid media channels.
- Experience with candidate experience, talent audience segmentation, employee-generated storytelling, advocacy programs, CRM-enabled marketing or recruitment marketing technology.
- Experience managing or coordinating agency/vendor work tied to employer brand, paid media, recruitment marketing, PR or digital content.
- Experience supporting PR, reputation-building, leadership visibility or executive social content in a professional services or complex B2B environment.
