Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves offering specialized functional and technical guidance to design and support the advancement of future capabilities for one or multiple applications. This role includes analyzing requirements, planning solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The position also involves assisting in evaluating the impact of proposed changes and contributing to the preparation and review of effort estimates for client requests, ensuring that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of application components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application architecture and delivery processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Data Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data processing frameworks and distributed computing concepts.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows.
- Experience in integrating data analytics platforms with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data analytics solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
