Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience in writing efficient and optimized queries.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of database applications.
- Ability to develop complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support business logic.
- Familiarity with integrating PL/SQL code with other application components and services.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative software development practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
