This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Min Experience: 1+ years Location: Nagpur JobType: full-time We're looking for a Data Analyst who is adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable working across multiple projects and business functions.
Unlike a dedicated role tied to one domain, this position will rotate/support across different projects as business priorities shift, making it ideal for someone who's curious, eager to build breadth, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Support multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to different business contexts, datasets, and stakeholder needs Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data for ad-hoc and recurring requests Assist in building reports, dashboards, and trackers using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.
) Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks across varied datasets Collaborate with senior analysts and project leads to understand requirements and translate them into analysis Document findings clearly and present basic insights to internal stakeholders Learn and apply domain-specific logic (e.
g., supply chain, marketing, operations, finance) as needed per project Assist with Python-based scripts for automation, data processing, or basic analysis under guidance Flag data inconsistencies or gaps proactively and suggest improvements Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering, basic subqueries) Basic to intermediate Python skills (Pandas, data manipulation fundamentals) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) High adaptability, comfortable switching between projects with minimal ramp-up time Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Eagerness to learn new tools, business domains, and analytical methods quickly Required Skills SQL | Python | Pandas | ExcelPower | BITableauLooker | Studio | Data analysis | Business intelligence | Data validation | Data cleaning | Adaptability | Analytical skills | Problem-solving | Communication Benefits & Perks Direct ownership and close collaboration with the founder.
