What would you do? Ensure accurate, fast, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework.
What are we looking for? • Telecom products: MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless • Network fundamentals: IP, VLANs, bandwidth, routing concepts • Order Management & Provisioning systems (Amdocs/ Netcracker / ServiceNow) • Strong understanding of activation workflows • Excel / data analysis (validation & reconciliation) • KPls: • Order cycle time (TAT) • Fallout rate • First-time-right activation % • Rework reduction
ServiceNow Order Management • Inventory systems exposure • Understanding of network configs (read-level) • Automation mindset (workflow improvement)
