About this role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide advanced technical support for Unified Communications and Voice over IP services. The individual will ensure high service availability, resolve complex customer incidents, validate technical changes, and strengthen operational performance for global enterprise environments. This role also contributes to automation, service monitoring, technical audits, and the continuous improvement of Unified Communications capabilities




What you will do
  • Deliver end‑to‑end expert technical support for Unified Communications services.
  • Provide input for planning, assessing, implementing, and preparing complex change requests.
  • Validate service‑impacting changes executed by operational teams.
  • Resolve customer technical issues within established service level agreements.
  • Offer extended guidance to customer technical teams during critical incidents.
  • Develop and optimise service monitoring through scripting and tools.
  • Support skill and knowledge development within the team.
  • Manage configuration, installation and coordination tasks for network platform setup.
  • Set and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Define, perform, document and close proactive health checks of UC systems.
  • Participate in technical audits and deliver resolutions for identified gaps.
  • Manage end‑to‑end incident, problem and root‑cause analysis for P1/P2 incidents.
  • Prepare technical configurations for projects within agreed timelines and cost.
  • Document LWIs for monitoring and first‑line support teams.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve stability and efficiency.

Update and maintain knowledge and inventory databases.




Who you are
  • Expertise in GCP, IP networks and mobile networks.
  • Strong experience in enterprise environment operations.
  • Expert knowledge of SIP, RTP and Oracle SBC technologies.
  • Technical expertise in at least two of the following: VOIP, IMS, GSM, LTE.
  • Knowledge of virtualisation and cloud computing.
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
  • English proficiency (B2–C1).


Desired:
  • Expertise in protocols such as IP, TCP/UDP, MAP, SIGTRAN, SS7, routing protocols (BGP/MPLS/IPSEC/OSPF), GCP, Cloud, SBC.
  • Proven scripting capability.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL methodology.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high‑pressure situations.
