The project: 

This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.

Leads the implementation of design management systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements. Acts as a driver of change and business improvement, delivering distinctive value for clients while overseeing all phases of design management and coordinating seamlessly with construction, commercial, programme, and procurement teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinate delivery of annual business plan outcomes, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and governance requirements are met.
• Guide and support design management resources, providing operational oversight across projects.
• Ensure briefs, stakeholder requirements, and coordinated deliverables are adhered to throughout the lifecycle.
• Review and present management data and KPIs, supporting business development and work winning activities.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, leveraging Company reach back and Centre of Excellence knowledge.
• Uphold Mace standards and strategies, contributing to net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
