Position Engineer - Piping stress

Work Location: Navi Mumbai 

We are looking for a Pipe Stress Engineer to work on Electronics projects and be responsible for performing analysis and design of various piping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pipe stress analysis in AutoPIPE
• Select pipe supports from standard vendor catalog and/or from internal support database
• Design new pipe supports to meet the design requirements (available space, loading, expected travel, etc)
• Perform additional calculations such as nozzle loading checks, trunnions checks, weld checks, etc
• Create all the pipe stress deliverable
• Collaborate with piping designers and structural engineers

Here's what you'll need
Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of engineering experience
• Knowledge of pipe stress analysis and support design
• Familiarity with piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with pipe stress analysis software such as AutoPIPE and Caesar II
• Experience with design tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD
