An Ideal Candidate:
Education: BA, B-Com, Commerce, or a related IT field. ➢ Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of continuous, hands-on data entry or operation experience specifically utilizing In4Velocity (In4Suite®) ERP / Oracle / SAP etc
Software Familiarity: Practical, hands-on experience with popular ERP ecosystems (e.g., In4 Velocity Oracle) or specific industry-focused Software.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and excellent typing speed accompanied by high structural accuracy.
Soft Skills: Outstanding attention to detail, strong time-management capabilities, and a collaborative mindset when communicating across teams.
Key Competencies:
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management: Accurately log, update, and maintain everyday operational data inside the ERP system (including inventory, P.O’s if applicable, Vendor Registrations, WO, PI and Advance, Tax invoices, Amendments etc).
Master Data Maintenance: Create and manage unique system masters such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Codes and upload in ERP incl cross verification with off line BOQ. Process and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) uploads, Work Orders, and Contractor/Supplier Masters.
Quality & Validation Control: Digital ERP records to catch, correct discrepancies, data gaps, or duplicate logs.
Reporting & Analytics: Pull daily, Weekly, or Monthly MIS reports to assist department heads in checking and evaluating general operations.
Cross-Departmental Support: Coordinate closely with Vendor Partners, Cost Consultant, Internal Team, Finance and IT Teams to clear logistical bottlenecks caused by system errors or delayed entry.
System Troubleshooting: Perform preliminary troubleshooting for basic operator interface issues and smoothly escalate backend technical errors to the internal IT team or In4 Velocity.
Coordinate with the In4Velocity technical support team or internal IT specialists to troubleshoot system glitches and errors.
