An Ideal Candidate:

Vendor & Compliance Management

o Oversee contract renewals and vendor SLAs, ensuring payments and compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

o Address issues related to theft, pilferage, and service-level deviations.

o Conduct monthly audits to track compliance with hospital policies.

 Cafeteria & Staff Management

o Ensure high-quality service, hygiene, and raw material quality in the cafeteria.

o Monitor staff training, focusing on phone etiquette, prompt service, and hygiene standards.

o Oversee revenue from café sales and control unauthorized expenses.

 Training & Development

o Ensure monthly soft skills training for all staff. 

Key Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience

 MBA / MHA / PGDM / BHM or equivalent.

 2-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a hospital.
