Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and business priorities across the organization.
Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare executive presentations, business reports, financial models, and performance dashboards for leadership reviews.
Track key business metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Drive special projects including market expansion, process optimization, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Assist in annual planning, goal setting, OKR tracking, and organizational performance reviews.
Support leadership in investor presentations, board meetings, business reviews, and high-priority executive initiatives.
Build scalable operational processes that improve efficiency and support rapid business growth.
What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience working in a Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or similar high-impact business role.
Strong understanding of consumer technology, B2C business models, digital platforms, or fintech ecosystems.
Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable execution plans.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, business modelling, and performance reporting.
