Description:



As a SAP MM specialist, the candidate should have excellent functional knowledge in standard SAP Materials Management module on S/4 HANA along with integration with other SAP modules. 




He/she should be very familiar with the business flows and processes in SAP MM, customizations around such processes, and the different kinds of documents involved in the end-to-end Procurement cycle. He/She should be comfortable with the functionality and management of Master Data such as Material master, Vendor Master, Business Partners etc. 




The candidate should have worked on integrated systems and should be comfortable with monitoring of interfaces and applications. The candidate must be familiar with working with heavily customized Technical Objects. This role will involve designing and preparing specifications for ABAP consultants, and working alongside developers to deliver business value. A basic understanding of SAP ABAP along with debugging skills is an added advantage. 




He/she should have worked on Implementation/rollout projects, and should also be familiar with Incident Management and Problem Management processes along with an understanding of Business priority and criticality. He/she should be familiar with bug fixing and Change Management processes. 




The candidate should ideally have worked with external subcontractors, and should ideally have experience leading service deliverables, monitoring operational performance and upholding agreed KPIs. The candidate should have worked in a customer facing role dealing with end-users, super-users etc. and maintaining excellent communication at business terms. 




The concerned domain is Aircraft Manufacturing and production. The candidate, if selected, will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.





Qualification & Experience:



  • Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Procurement Processes (ex : Purchase Requisitioning, Approval Workflow, Purchase Order)



  • Experience in creating test scenarios and handling the user acceptance testing with all stakeholders



  • Experience in Direct and Indirect Procurement of materials and services, Procurement Master Data and all related business processes



  • Experience on S/4 hana cloud




Nice to Have:




  • Knowledge on ABAP including - Debugging, RICEFW Objects, Interfaces, CDS views etc.



  • Knowledge on Manufacturing processes



  • Experience in Integration to PLM & PDM



  • Experience in Project Implementation and SAP Activate methodology




Responsibilities:



  • Design and configure the solutions as per business requirements with good quality and performance



  • Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape



  • Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. 



  • Perform deep functional root cause analysis and performance improvement



  • Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed functionalities



  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery



  • User acceptance testing on co-ordinating with all users and maintaining timely communication as per agreed timelines



  • Responsible for Data migration support by providing right details and uploading in the system upon co-ordination with stakeholders



  • Able to report regular KPI as per the Business need



  • Training the key users on the change management processes
     



Other Skills:



  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery



  • Able to work autonomously and proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner



  • Good problem solving and analytical skills



  • Customer facing mindset, preferably having worked with European customers
