About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:

Your Role: 

    Accurate processing of daily loan transactions and credit events including, but not limited to, trade settlement, principal pay downs, drawdowns, contract rollovers, rate setting, PIK capitalization
    Ensuring completeness and accuracy of position, accrued interest and cash data in loans system & underlying accounting platform
    Prepare invoicing and remittance notices to applicable parties
    Manage the onboarding, amendment of transactions, inclusive of participant transfers as needed, ensuring a 1 BD turnaround providing all additional support prescribed in the underlying administration agreement
    Monitor bank accounts and reconcile against expected cash inflows and outflows
    Actively train and manage employees to ensure we maintain a best-in-class support team
    Work to continuously ensure operational controls are of the highest standard 
 

Qualifications:

About You:

• You will carry a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Loan Administration and/or Loan Agency experience

  
  

• You have experience of a range of debt product types including, but not limited to, syndicated, bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, letters of credit 

  
  

• You are experienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operation procedures

  
  

• You are flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables

  
  

• College Degree

  
  

• Sentry PM is a distinct advantage

  
  

• Knowledge of construction loans is a distinct advantage
