Graphic Designer - Senior Associate

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the development of creative and impactful visual assets for our financial business solutions. Working collaboratively with a diverse team of VFX designers, graphic designers, developers and business analysts, you will leverage your expertise to produce engaging designs that meet the needs of our global clientele.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objects and requirements, and translate them into visually stunning designs.

  
  

• Develop conceptual sketches, wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas.

  
  

• Create high-quality visual assets including icons, illustrations, infographics and other graphical elements for digital and print materials.

  
  

• Participate in production of business presentation. Production forms include but are not limited to Executive Summary, interactive prototypes (Axure), After Effects animation, PPT presentations.

  
  

• Participate in production of business marketing video, demonstration animation and 3D animation. Create animation to enhance visualization in website design or dynamic presentation.

  
  

• Ensure consistency in design aesthetics and brand guidelines across all deliverables.

  
  

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into software applications and user interfaces.

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

  
  

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Axure, PowerPoint, Redgiant etc.

  
  

• Excellent aesthetic ability, good at research and analysis, great interest and unique insights in visual and dynamic effects.

  
  

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, preferably with a global design team.

  
  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  
  

• Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices is a plus.

  
  

• Strong learning ability, interested in the combination of technology and design and desire to explore.

• Experience working in a financial industry or with financial business solutions.

  
  

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Cinema 4D etc.)

  
  

• Knowledge of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  
  

• Understanding of design systems and their application in creating scalable and consistent design solutions.
