Job Title



Implementation-Project Principal Specialist

You’ll support the delivery of implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and working with internal teams, external partners, and customers. You’ll help ensure high-quality outcomes and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.




Common accountabilities



  • You apply relevant technical knowledge to support the team in deliveringhigh-quality workand may share knowledge with colleagues when needed.
  • You understand key business drivers and contribute to solving problems by identifying practical solutions and risks.
  • You work independently with guidance when needed and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
  • You communicate information clearly and support planning discussions related to resources, timelines, and activities.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

Specific accountabilities



  • Youcoordinate and supportthe implementation project team, ensuring collaboration between Amadeus teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Youtrack project activities, including defining deliverables, planning timelines, and supporting resource coordination.
  • Youmonitor quality and risks, supporting identification of mitigation actions when needed.
  • Youprepare and share updateson progress, risks, and costs with stakeholders, including the Program Manager.
  • You participate in customer meetings and governance forums to support alignment and transparency.

About the ideal candidate



  • You have experience inproject coordination, implementation, or similar roles, ideally in a technical or customer-facing environment.
  • You canorganize tasks, track progress, and communicate effectivelywith diverse stakeholders.
  • You demonstrateproblem-solving skillsand contribute to identifying practical solutions and risks.
  • You are comfortable workingindependently with guidance when needed, and collaborating across teams.
  • You have exposure toproject planning tools, reporting, or technical systems(experience with reservation, inventory, or departure control systems is helpful but not required).
