Must Have Skills



Enterprise Sales: 10–12 years of enterprise technology consulting sales experience, with 5–7 years in Sales Pursuit/Capture Management, supporting and leading medium to large transformation pursuits.



Sales Pursuit & Business Development: Proven experience in sales origination, account mining, pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, account planning, commercial support, and deal closure.



GCC Experience & Industry Expertise: Candidates should possess 5–7 years of GCC experience and deep expertise in one of the following Client Groups:

Job Summary



As a GCC Sales Capture Manager, you will support sales origination, account growth, and strategic pursuits across Global Capability Center (GCC) clients. You will work with Sales Leads and Client Account Teams to build pipeline, shape opportunities, manage pursuits, and accelerate growth across priority GCC accounts.



Roles & Responsibilities



Drive GCC Sales & Business Growth



  • Drive sales origination and qualified pipeline creation across assigned GCC accounts.
  • Identify white-space opportunities and support new logo development.
  • Support account planning and execute account growth initiatives.
  • Manage medium to large pursuits from qualification to proposal submission and deal closure.

GCC Advisory & Client Engagement



  • Engage with GCC leadership and client stakeholders to understand business priorities.
  • Support capability presentations, client workshops, and executive meetings.
  • Position Accenture's capabilities across Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Operations, Data & AI, Cloud, SAP, Security, Industry X, and Song.

Build Client Relationships



  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and support CXO engagement.
  • Collaborate with Client Account Leads and Sales Leads to expand existing relationships.
  • Represent Accenture in client meetings, industry events, and GCC forums.

Pursuit Management



  • Coordinate cross-functional teams during pursuits, including solutioning, commercial, finance, legal, and delivery.
  • Support proposal development, pricing, competitive positioning, and governance.
  • Ensure timely execution of pursuit milestones and approvals.




Collaborate Across the GCC Ecosystem



  • Work closely with Client Groups, Market Units, Industry teams, and Technology practices to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to strengthen account strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills



  • Good understanding of Global Capability Center (GCC) operating models and transformation journeys.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales, pursuit management, and transformation opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong analytical, account planning, and opportunity management capabilities.
