Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, whether remotely or onsite. The practitioner follows established procedures and operating models to maintain service reliability and quality, ensuring smooth operation of various platforms including infrastructure, operating systems, and networks. Collaboration and communication are key throughout the day to support continuous service availability and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure health to prevent potential disruptions.
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to adapt to evolving infrastructure technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Experience with log management and analysis using Elastic Stack components.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with operating systems and network fundamentals related to infrastructure support.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues in production and development environments.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
