To carry out testing as assigned by laboratory Manager/Executive/Supervisor

• To conduct all allotted tests as per the procedure / method given in the worksheet or as instructed by the Supervisor tests on Trims, Accessories, Fabrics and finished Products to evaluate properties such as Dimensional stability, dry cleaning & washing procedure in shrinkage dept.

  
  

• Should know testing procedure ie. ISO,AATCC, M&S

  
  

• Should know operate & maintain specialized laboratory equipment, including calibrating and troubleshooting machinery.

  
  

• Prepare and handle samples for testing according to established procedures.

  
  

• Record and analyze data: Meticulously record test data and analyze it to generate detailed reports.

  
  

• Ensure compliance: Make sure that products and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

  
  

• Maintain safety: Follow all laboratory safety protocols and handle chemicals with care.

  
  

• To maintain the equipment logbook and calibration records up to-date.

  
  

• Ensure the test reports on time and review the same while entering in the work sheet

  
  

• Responsible review of all data sheets and ensuring the accurate lab results 

  
  

• Effective Monitoring and utilization of Lab consumables 

  
  

• Ensuring the safety of personnel while working by using appropriate PPE 

  
  

• Experience:with min 5 years of relevant experience in a textile testing laboratory. 

  
  

• Education: Diploma or B Tech in textile technology/ Engineering.
