Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement data analysis strategies and processes; 2. Lead a team of data analysts to analyze and interpret complex data sets; 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and drive data-driven decision making; 4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data validation and quality control processes; 5. Utilize advanced data mining techniques and tools to discover patterns and trends in large datasets; 6. Present findings and insights to stakeholders using data visualization techniques; 7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and big data technologies; 8. Mentor and train junior data analysts on data analytics techniques and tools.
