To lead the design and delivery of smart, secure, and scalable integrations using SAP Integration Suite / CPI, connecting SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP enterprise platforms. Modernize and stabilize and create reusable integration patterns, strengthen monitoring and audit readiness, and build internal integration capability within ISA.

• Designs, builds, tests, deploys and supports integration flows using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration / CPI for SAP SuccessFactors and connected enterprise systems.
• Develops integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, JDBC, HTTPS, JSON, XML, Groovy, XSLT and standard CPI adapters, applying secure and scalable patterns.
• Leads integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and systems such as Phenom, assessment platforms, Visa Management System, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPMS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AMOS, Aeroline, STMS, staff travel, identity platforms and other enterprise applications.
• Works with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and integration patterns across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Time, Learning, Performance and related HR processes.
• Translates business and functional requirements into clear technical designs, including interface approach, data flow, sequence, mapping, authentication, error handling, monitoring and support model.
• Reviews, repairs, refactors and optimizes existing CPI iFlows to improve reliability, maintainability, security, reusability and audit readiness.
• Builds reusable integration components such as exception sub-processes, local integration processes, content modifiers, reusable mappings, datastore patterns, retry logic, dynamic routing, payload masking and alerting frameworks.
• Implements strong error handling, logging, reconciliation, retry mechanisms, duplicate handling, failure notification and permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Supports production incident analysis, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, preventive fixes, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Implements secure integration practices using OAuth2, SAML, mTLS, X.509 certificates, keystores, credential management, secure parameters and controlled logging of sensitive data.

• Supports CPI monitoring, message tracking, exception dashboards, integration alerting and observability through enterprise monitoring / SIEM tools such as Datadog, Azure Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar or Azure Monitor where applicable.
• Works with SAP BTP services relevant to Integration Suite, including Cloud Connector, destinations, certificates, service keys, security materials, connectivity settings, API Management and integration runtime governance.
• Prepares and maintains HLDs, LLDs, field mapping documents, interface specifications, technical notes, test evidence, deployment notes, SOPs, runbooks and support handover documents.
• Conducts practical walkthroughs, technical demos, recorded KT sessions and mentoring for internal ISA resources on CPI design, development, debugging, monitoring and support.
• Collaborates with HRMS, SAP functional teams, data engineering, infrastructure, information security, vendors and business process owners to manage dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
• Performs any other integration, automation or enterprise applications activities assigned by the line manager in line with business requirements.

• With 10+ years of total experience in SAP / enterprise integration technologies and a minimum of 8 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration; 9+ years preferred.
• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs, Compound Employee API, standard SAP-delivered iFlows and custom integration patterns.
• Proven experience designing, building, troubleshooting, optimizing and supporting complex CPI iFlows in production environments.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors and SAP systems with multiple non-SAP systems through REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, JDBC, HTTPS and API-based connectivity.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP BTP services relevant to Integration Suite, including Cloud Connector, destinations, certificates, security materials, OAuth2, SAML, X.509 certificates, API Management and monitoring.
• Experience with CPI error handling, exception sub-processes, Groovy scripting, XSLT, graphical mapping, payload logging, retry mechanisms, dynamic routing, data masking and performance tuning.
• Experience with CPI monitoring and debugging tools such as MPL, message logs, trace, run IDs and post-go-live monitoring.
• Experience preparing architecture documents, sequence diagrams, landscape overviews, HLDs, LLDs, mapping specifications, SOPs, runbooks and support handover documents.
