Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document fine-tuning processes and results to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks related to language model training.
- Strong understanding of model fine-tuning strategies including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Familiarity with handling large datasets and preprocessing methods to optimize model training.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements based on analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
