Logistics Analyst, Europe

Job Description:

The Logistics Analyst position will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Director, Logistics Operations - APAC & MEAI. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Analyst to manage end-to-end logistics operations across European countries. This role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing transportation, and driving timely delivery of goods across multiple project locations. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Handle import/export shipments, intra-Europe movements, and end-to-end shipment tracking
• Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and international trade requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates, including risks and delays
• Proactively resolve customs clearance issues, delivery delays, and documentation discrepancies
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution
• Coordinate and manage local and cross-border transportation across European countries
• Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time execution aligned with project timelines

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• (3-6) years of relevant logistics experience, preferably in Europe operations.
• Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations, documentation, and clearance processes
• Familiarity with customs portals and trade compliance systems
• Experience in solar, industrial, manufacturing, or project logistics preferred
