Manager - Technology.TECH-Digital Shared Services

As the Manager - Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our TECH-Digital Shared Services department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of talented professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of Camunda-based solutions. With a focus on the retail business segment, you will oversee the onboarding of SME, individual retail customers, and credit card/personal loan journeys, enhancing our digital shared services offerings.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Camunda-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Drive the development and enhancement of digital shared services, focusing on the retail business segment.
• Ensure the seamless onboarding of SME, individual retail customers, and credit card/personal loan journeys, utilizing Camunda implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Camunda implementation and digital shared services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve processes and systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a strong background in Camunda implementation.
• Proven track record of leading and managing successful technology teams, preferably in a retail business environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Camunda and its application in retail business segments, including customer onboarding and loan journeys.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in the industry.
