Meet the Team
Millennium’s Information Technology organization is core to the health and growth of the firm. Supporting an active, multi-manager business model, the Back Office App Dev team works within a flexible, scalable technology environment built around advanced proprietary systems and the continued development of next-generation analytical and operational capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop, enhance, and own software solutions in a hands-on engineering environment

  
  

• Partner with team members to design and architect scalable, maintainable solutions

  
  

• Analyze application behavior and data to identify defects, resolve issues, and recommend improvements

  
  

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects while managing stakeholder expectations and delivery priorities

  
  

• Contribute to reliable, secure, and efficient application development across the full software development lifecycle

  
  

• Support integration, testing, and deployment activities to help ensure high-quality releases

  
  

• Participate in Agile team practices and collaborate effectively across development and user-facing teams

  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of production-level experience developing applications with .NET Core

  
  

• Strong object-oriented programming skills and hands-on experience with .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL

  
  

• Experience using AI effectively to produce clean, secure, and efficient code

  
  

• Solid understanding of streaming and distributed application patterns, including Kafka and microservices

  
  

• Strong coding standards, with the ability to write reliable, readable code and provide thoughtful code review feedback

  
  

• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods and DevOps CI/CD practices, including tools such as JIRA

  
  

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including integration and testing

  
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
