Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Drive operational excellence by implementing standardized processes, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Monitor key operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Lead, mentor, and manage outlet managers and operational teams to achieve performance goals.
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, kitchen, and support teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and operational costs while minimizing wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Analyze business performance through regular MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews.
Plan workforce requirements, monitor productivity, and support employee training and development initiatives.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and overall customer experience.
Collaborate with leadership teams to support business expansion, new outlet launches, and operational projects.
